Good Friday (3rd April):
The Churches Together in Wadhurst (CTIW) Good Friday Walk of Witness will start at Wadhurst Parish Church this year at 10.15am and end at Sacred Heart Church. There will be a Good Friday United Service of hymns and readings at Sacred Heart Church at 11am.
Mayfield’s Good Friday Walk of Witness will start at St Thomas of Canterbury Church this year at 10am

PALM SUNDAY: Remember to put your clocks forward! Celebrate the first day of Holy Week with blessing and distribution of palms to commemorate Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Mass 9AM Sacred Heart 11AM Mayfield convent.
At our reconciliation service today Fr Raymond told us that God’s mercy is given to everyone who asks because love is his nature; we layed our stones, representing the burdens of sin at the foot of the cross.
Reconciliation Service Sacred Heart Sunday 22nd March 5pm. Prayers, readings and music with opportunity for confession in readiness for Easter.
Today is Laetare Sunday as well as a day to celebrate our mothers, an opportunity to relax our Lenten observance and rejoice that Easter is not far off. Mass 9AM Sacred Heart 11AM Mayfield convent.
